At j5create, we stand behind the quality of our high-performance adapters and docking stations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online Support Center and provide your order number and email address to begin the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.

  Package Your Device

  Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included at the time of purchase.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technical team inspects the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
